ABSTRACT
The author describes some of his favorite shortwave radio stations with programs that air immediately after midnights. Radio New Zealand National program called "Great Encounters" is a collection of interviews picked from the station's feature programming during the week. On Saturday mornings, Radio Australia often broadcasts games from the Australian Football League. Alcaravan Radio from Colombia provides an acceptable signal into Southern Ontario and featured Latin American music.
