ABSTRACT
WILLIAM is so attached to the Lewa wildlife conservancy, owned by the family of his friend Jecca Craig, that he chose it as the setting for the most important question of his life. It was on the last day of their 2010 holiday in a wooden lodge 12,000ft above sea level on the slopes of Mount Kenya that he proposed to Kate.
