There's no escaping Jay Gatsby this weekend. Even many of those who have never turned back the pages of the F Scott Fitzgerald novel will, doubtless, be flocking to see the latest offering which has just arrived in the cinemas, fresh from the Cannes Film Festival, courtesy of the experimental film director, Baz Luhrmann.
