ABSTRACT
In these days of prefabricated pap and reality TV-generated wannabes, it's good to know that there is still room in this country for a raw, rootsy band who want to do nothing more than rock hard and roll harder. The Riptide Movement are a Dublin band doing that better than most right now. They've imbibed the spirit of Rory Gallagher and their sweat is infused with Canned Heat and Credence Clearwater Revival.
