MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The magistrate of the Moscow Arbat district on Friday ordered Mikhail Anshakov, the head of the Consumer Right Protection Society, to pay a fine in an amount of 100,000 rubles for slandering Vasily Poddevalin, director of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior Fund.
