MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The board of directors at OJSC E.ON Russia (RTS: OGKD) has recommended that shareholders vote for dividends for last year of 0.29 rubles per share, using all the company's 18.255 billion rubles of net profits to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for them, company General Director Maxim Shirokov told the press.
