ABSTRACT
Ark.'s new abortion law, which prohibits most procedures 12 weeks into a pregnancy, was temporarily halted by a federal judge until a court trial can rule on its legality. U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright granted the injunction, noting the law was "more than likely" unconstitutional.
