ABSTRACT
The article offers information on Kukui'ula real estate development and community located in Kauai, Hawaii and presents 10 questions suggested by author Mark Hostetler to determine whether one is buying into a green community. These questions include what are the conservation strategies being employed and whether the community have a long-term environmental education program. Kukui'ula is reportedly being developed by Alexander & Baldwin Inc. which features recreational areas.
