ABSTRACT
The article discusses the naming of Matt Hink as a post-dispatch scholar -athlete. It states that Hink qualified to be a scholar-athlete because he had a 4.42 Grade Point Average (GPA), was a standout on his Marquette Mustangs baseball and basketball teams, and was slated to join Harvard as an engineering major while continuing to play baseball. It adds that Hink was able to achieve all this while overcoming medical challenges.
