ABSTRACT
The article presents notices of collective applications and requests for permits in line with the Investment Company Act from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The applicants include the Forum Investment Advisors, ETF Trust, and Foreside Fund Services LLC. The applicants are requesting permits on certain actively managed open-ended investments from companies that issue shares at negotiated market prices and offer redemption in large aggregations.
