ABSTRACT
he article reviews that India does not need another Gandhi as its leader as it reviews the rise of Rahul Gandhi, the most private of India's public figures. It argues that Rahul Gandhi, now vice president of the Congress Party, is being elevated due to his name and not due to his political savvy nor charisma. The article also comments that the wider public is cheated of opportunity if choice posts are reserved for dynasts.
