Township in error about decision to abandon B&O land

The author reflects on Athens Conservancy that has been working on the re-acquisition of the former B&O Railroad grade in Athens, Ohio. He states that an immense challenges to try to reassemble a usable corridor, which was largely broken up into small pieces. He further informs that the adjacent property owners sometimes believe that they have reversion rights to the rail grade which is the greatest problem for the B&O grade project.
