The article offers information on the proper way to interview applicants on sales positions to know their capability. According to Corporate Strategies Inc. president Chuck Holmes, he conducts phone interview to eliminate applicants that does not qualify his standards. It also states that Joe Ellers from Consulting Associates who has identified specific questions when screening sales applicants.
