ABSTRACT
The article reports on the $4.5 million in grant offered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to the Government of Indonesia to help conserve the threatened forest in Borneo. It says that the project will strengthen policies and institutions for improved sustainable forest and biodiversity management. It also helps raise the capacity of government agencies to develop sustainable livelihood opportunities.
