ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of sponsorship for minorities to be increase their number in middle and top management in U.S. companies. It says that minorities are still underrepresented in the middle and top management despite their population to be one-third of the American population. It argues that sponsors are what minorities need as an addition for their drive and ambition.
