ABSTRACT
The article focuses on seeing the right fit for the organization. It notes that hiring for fit can essentially lessen costs associated with turnover and recruitment, and the first pace in getting the right fit is searching values alignment between candidates and the company. Moreover, some nonprofit health care organizations are faith-based organizations (FBOs), and often take care to guarantee the mission and values they adopt are public to get alignment between employee and company success.
