ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on his career and mentors who are not positive, supportive or fair who prevent minorities to development their careers. He says that his mentors were sensitive and gentle in their criticism. He mentions that he dedicated his life helping young professional because of their motivation and assistance imparted to him. He states that he was thankful for chief executive officers (CEOs) including as Darwin Davis, Thomas Shropshire, and Philip Morris.
