ABSTRACT
OIL-RIG maker Lamprell today said it was in "advanced discussions" about restructuring its debt, as it recovers from last year's $110 million (£72 million) loss. The engineer was fined £2.4 million earlier this year for failing to update the market properly on its worsening financial position. But the Dubai-based company today said it was back on track with a $1.2 million order book.
