Grades are as simple as A, B, C

MICHAEL GOVE now wants the new equivalents of GCSEs to be graded one to ten, to give a better idea of specific achievement. He thinks the current ratings of A or A* are too vague. It is another redundant measure from our overrated Education Secretary.
