ABSTRACT
THE row over Google's tiny tax bill, and the pornography it disseminates, is a problem for David Cameron. His old friend and ex-political crony, Rachel Whetstone - wife of his political guru, Steve Hilton, and an ex-girlfriend of the PM's father-inlaw, Lord Astor - is a Google bigwig. Geeky Hilton is also close to those who control the secretive, all-powerful Internet server with the risible motto 'do no evil'. Can Cameron sanction a serious crackdown on the £150billion Silicon Valley mega-company - as the French have done - when he could end up working for them one day?
