MOSCOW. May 15 (Interfax) - The Russian government is moving to make a number of amendments to the Civil Code concerning affiliated parties in order to bring these provisions of corporate legislation in line with OECD standards, Vladimir Tkachenko, Russia's representative in talks to join the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, said in an interview with Interfax.
