The article focuses on the solutions to various challenges created by the global economy related to talent management in a survey conducted by the professional services company Ernst & Young LLP. It suggests the organizations to invest strategically to attract people for working with them. It also offers a solution how to measure the effectiveness of the talent management system and lack of succession plans to identify the next generation of leaders.
