ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a student movement known as penguin revolution, which was organised against the mobilisations for student transport concessions in Chile. It informs that small electoral initiatives have emerged in support of the movement. It also mentions that the movement was organised in order to transform the society and the educational system of Chile.
