ABSTRACT
The article offers information on a study conducted by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) concerning forestry practices in Great Britain. The study reveals that practices used in certified forests can help support a range of biodiversity. The study also reveals several gaps in existing research including a lack of data on the magnitude of additional benefits and a need for more research into the effectiveness of forest management for biodiversity enhancement.
