Introduction: Due to the low incidence of diagnose for a bilateral kidney tumor and because it was the first time when using a conservative surgical treatment in our urology department, we consider opportune to publish it. Material and method: Male pacient, B.G. 55 year old diagnosed by CT scan with a right kidney tumor and also a smaller left kidney tumor. A right radical nefrectomy by anterior approach and a enucleation for the left tumor by lumbar approach were performed. Conclusions: A two step surgery beginning with the radical one followed by a surgical enucleation for the small and well separated tumor can serve as a proper treatment approach.
