ABSTRACT
LEINSTER'S narrow PRO12 semi-final victory over Glasgow last Saturday night was welcomed with particular vigour in the Irish cricket squad. It means that their two one-day internationals against Pakistan at Clontarf next week will sandwich the rugby final at the RDS. All the cricketers hail from Ulster or Leinster, albeit in some cases via the Antipodes or South Africa, and inter-provincial banter is rife in the dressing room.
