ABSTRACT
THIN might be perpetually in fashion but I like big hair — and mine has been coming out in handfuls every day for the last couple of months. So while I was in to see my nail guru Pamela Laird last week, I asked if I could watch her finish off her Great Lengths hair extensions on a client. I was fascinated by her intricate application of lots of tiny bonds — each one strategically placed to transform this lady's hair from ordinary to über-glamorous.
