Now it's time for Orchard to prove they're back

THERE are times when a county just can't hide. And the summer of 2013 appears to be such an historic occasion for the Armagh football team. In the next couple of months, we are about to find out if Armagh are going to come back and prove themselves to be one of Ulster's powerhouses (who've just had a little doze) or whether it is now a county to be numbered amongst the 'little people'. Paul Grimley (right) can hardly disagree. In his first summer in the job that he always wanted, Grimley has Cavan, Fermanagh and Monaghan standing between his team and a place in the Ulster final. That's a very straight, attractive highway to an Ulster final, even though Monaghan, also with have a team boss in Malachy O'Rourke who is all business in his first season, have far greater experience than Armagh and possess just as many 'big brand' personalities. Armagh are under-strength for Sunday's start against Cavan in Breffni Park, but it's a game they should certainly win by something in the region of half a dozen points. Privately, that should be Grimley's target.
