FBI Probes IRS Over Tea Party

2 Att'y Gen'l Eric Holder ordered the FBI and Justice Dept. to see whether the IRS violated any laws in its scrutiny of Tea Party and other conservative groups' tax-exempt status, calling the conduct "outrageous and unacceptable." Congressional panels also will probe whether the tough scrutiny was more widespread than the agency admitted Friday.
