ABSTRACT
The article provides key issues subscribers shared with "Points of View." On the question of what problem is when working with volunteers, some answers include getting the right climate for service-users to be volunteers and influencing other volunteer managers to see themselves as organizational leaders. On the trends they want to see explored answers included move from volunteering towards social action, another on social entrepreneurship and uniting the field with a national association.
