ABSTRACT
The article enumerates 20 obstacles to live healthfully, along the advanced lines of wellness lifestyles. These include unfavorable hereditary background, lack of ambition, and insufficient education. According to the article, the reasons cited explain why many find it difficult to sustain good intentions to live healthfully. Also cited is a study which revealed a trend showing that nothing will make one take better of himself, or alter his behavior in a meaningful sense.
