ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on how supervisors motivate employees to continue doing a good job and value their work. Bob Nelson, author of the book "1001 Ways to Energize Employees," suggests that plans to motivate employees must address human desires and communication can also be used to motivate them. Jim Pancero, author of "Leading Your Sales Team," recommends that positive statements and appreciation will increase work enjoyment and self-esteem of team members.
