ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the public notices issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It says that the action of the EPA which identifies associated pollutants and water quality limited segments in Louisiana will be listed under the Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. It adds the public teleconference of the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC) on June 5, 2013 and the "Technical Guidance for Assessing of Environmental Justice in Regulatory Analysis."
