ABSTRACT
At present there are a variety of models and methodologies for analysis and evaluation of social programs, however, many of them are cases where information and necessary data are weak, which favors having to start from more subjective evaluations with ratings. The social reality, extremely complex, requires a stronger thought and powerful analytical tools capable of understanding it. Therefore, the implementation of alternative elements such as the theory of fuzzy logic, can be very useful in treating social phenomena because they provide a very abstract comprehension while practical tools with which reduce uncertainty and vagueness aspects of the decisions of human thought, and thus further guide or redirect the social intervention to improve the analytical approach in assessing social programs.
