ABSTRACT
The article offers information on a research according to which, regular aerobic exercise such as a brisk walk or a heart-pumping class can make it easier to fall asleep faster and longer. The research also shows that yoga also act as an all-natural sleep aid as it has been found that insomniacs who practiced yoga for six months fell asleep 10 minutes faster. It also offers several yoga poses for relaxing and staying fit in summer.
