ABSTRACT
The article offers information on closure of the office networks of the U.S. law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP in Germany in 2013. Operations in the country will be run by the only remaining branch of company located in Frankfurt, Germany. Some of the lawyers working at the offices to be closed, will be shifted to other departments of Shearman & Sterling LLP situated in other countries.
