ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the impact of information communication technology (ICT) for well-being of employees. It presents the measures designed to access the ICT factors with eight ICT demands including availability, communication and employee monitoring and two facets of ICT support including resources support and personal assistance. It revealed that ICT demands were associated with increased stress, strain and burnout and ICT support were associated with lower parameters.
