ABSTRACT
The article discusses how Christians need to change the pace of their lives for it to become more fulfilling and in accordance to God's will. According to the author, God's intent is for his creation to live based on a basic rhythm that produces life. The author adds that Christians can receive their days as gifts from God and find Him in each one, or squander them as if they can easily be replaced.
