ABSTRACT
The article offers information obtained by reporters of "Conde Nast Traveler" magazine who were sent to review new hotels and resorts as part of the journal's annual Hot List including a list of cities which have so many major openings that only the best of the best hotels stood out, the top ten reasons hotels were not included in the list and the total number of reporters sent for the job.
