ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a notice regarding the processing of the proposed amendment related to narrative and planning policies of health facilities and services in Illinois in accordance to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. It mentions the proposed amendments which include recognition of non-hospital based ambulatory surgical treatment center (ASTC), elimination of the use of designations such as 'limited' of 'multi' from health centers and expansions of the health facilities.
