In this article, the author discusses the impact of communication skills on the capacity of school principals for leadership. He identifies several areas related to the skills that principals should possess including developing one's self, resolving complex problems, and instructional leadership. He mentions that principals should learn to communicate through various media such as civic group gatherings, electronic media, and small groups.
