ABSTRACT
The article presents information on keeping clients funds in trust accounts separated under rule 1.15. It refers to a story of a lawyer who represented a bank in filing lawsuits on consumer accounts and charged a fee of 300 dollars plus cost per lawsuit. He billed the bank total 3,000 dollars on 10 files, and the bookkeeper wrote a check from the trust account to the operating account for 3,000 dollars. However, the bank had yet not paid the bill.
