ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the state of the mortuary industry ranging from mortuary science students to employer-employee issues. The author says that he considers the quality of service as a basis of being a top funeral home. He argues on the issue of discrimination of hiring in the industry, with many of the mortuary science students are women. He adds that some funeral homes may look up on one's social media page prior to the employment as a reference.
