ABSTRACT
The article discusses the problems and benefits of a low-interest rate environment in relation to the funeral service industry. It says that a low-interest condition affects preneed contracts. However, low-interest also promotes business growth and expansion. It also highlights the things that must be considered when borrowing which include amortization, fixed or variable interest rate, and collateralized.
