ABSTRACT
The article reports that according to the National Diabetes Audit, people with diabetes are 65 percent more likely to have heart failure than the general population in England and Wales. It mentions that under the Audit, the care of nearly two million people with diabetes in 2010/11 in England and Wales was analysed.
