ABSTRACT
The article discusses the benefits of social media platforms to teaching. Digital applications such as social media can be used by teachers to reach millions of people who share common interests. One of the digital applications is Twitter. How teachers, students and schools can use the benefits of Twitter to teach, connect, notify and manage is explored.
