ABSTRACT
A. J.M.writes: I bought wine as an investment in 2009 after being impressed by salesman Tom Spencer from Premier Bordeaux Wines. It was a three-year deal that should have ended with the sale of the wine last August. Since then I have been in contact with the company's manager, Stephen Williams, many times. He keeps fobbing me off with promises but never honours them. I do not even know if the wine was actually bought. He keeps trying to get me to invest more, though there is no chance of that.
