ABSTRACT
Basil is easy to grow and is delicious in fish dishes such as our Roast Salmon (page 69). Sow seeds in pots and place on a sunny windowsill, then transplant them outdoors in May, when you should pinch off the tips of the plant to encourage growth and prevent flowering.
