ABSTRACT
I WAS in the England end at the San Marino game eight days ago and I can honestly say I did not hear any racist abuse aimed at Rio Ferdinand during or after the game. And that includes the singing of the bonfire song. It was a small ground and there were a lot of England fans there but, from my seat, it was very easy to hear the various chants that were sung.
