NEBLA VERDEJO RUEDA The label of this zingy, dry white wine seems to suggest that the grapes - Verdejo in this case - were harvested at night in order to keep them cool. It makes sense: this stuff is as fresh as the dawn, not unlike a Sauvignon but more subtle.
